A small studio. Support that matters.

I'm Kim, founder and head coach at BIF. We're a small studio with limited class spaces and a small team behind the scenes. I'm passionate about customer service and helping everyone who joins feel welcomed and supported.

New membership enrolment closes after 11 November. This gives us time to focus on our members and help the people joining us settle into their routine. Existing memberships will continue as usual under their terms.

Members get booking priority. We'll review new pass sales against class availability. Passes may be limited or temporarily unavailable, so we cannot guarantee they will always be available to buy.

Because looking after our members properly is our priority.

BIF is a small studio, run by Kim with a team of instructors, not a huge team behind the scenes. We want time to answer your questions, help you choose suitable classes, listen to your feedback and support you as you settle in.

Closing new membership enrolment allows us to focus on that care for both new and existing members, while keeping an eye on class availability.

We want everyone who joins to feel welcomed, heard and supported, not simply signed up.

That’s absolutely fine. If you join Foundation 4 or Momentum 8 by 31 October, we’ll hold your complimentary workshop place for a future Intro to Strength date.

Message us after joining and we will:

  • Add you to the priority list for the next workshop.
  • Help you choose a beginner-friendly class in the meantime.
  • Let your instructor know it’s your first visit so they can help you get settled.

You don’t need to delay starting your membership until you can attend a workshop, the Intro is an additional option, not something you must complete before joining a regular class.

Passes may remain available, but we’ll review new pass sales against class availability. They may be limited or temporarily unavailable, so we cannot guarantee they will always be available to buy.

Members receive booking priority. Any passes already purchased remain valid under their existing terms.

We plan to review reopening in January, depending on available capacity. Another intake at this time isn’t guaranteed, so joining during this window means you won’t need to wait for a reopening.

Your membership can be used across eligible regular classes on the BIF timetable, giving you plenty of ways to build a routine that works for you.

Some specialist courses, workshops and events may require a separate pass or payment. This will always be made clear in the class description.

Yes. You don’t need to choose one class type or stick with one instructor.

You can mix eligible strength, Pilates, mobility and other sessions depending on what you enjoy, what your body needs and what fits into your week.

Foundation 4 and Momentum 8 members can purchase additional class top-ups for £11 each.

This gives you the flexibility to add an extra session without changing your whole membership. We do also have our Unlimited Membership!

If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist through the BIF app. Members receive priority on class waitlists as part of their membership benefits.

We still recommend booking popular classes in advance and cancelling as early as possible if you can no longer attend.

All memberships begin with a six-month minimum term. After the initial six months, your membership continues monthly.

Once your initial term has ended, we require five working days’ notice to cancel before your next payment.

Once your membership is active, you can use the BIF app to view the timetable and book your eligible classes.

We’ll also help you claim your complimentary joining bonus and point you towards suitable classes if you’re unsure where to begin.

Unlimited members who join by 31 October receive a complimentary private PT session with Kim, worth £75.

You can use the session to become familiar with equipment, explore exercises and adaptations, ask questions, work on your technique or get help deciding which classes would suit you.

You’ll have the studio to yourself during the session.

BIF has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel through the app as early as possible. This gives someone on the waitlist the opportunity to use the space.

Yes. You can message us before your first visit with any questions or anything that would help you feel more prepared.

There is no separate reception area, the front door opens directly onto the gym floor. Your instructor will know you’re booked and will help you get settled when you arrive.

Yes. Our coaches can offer different versions of exercises, and you are always welcome to slow down, pause or leave early.

If you have an injury, disability, health condition or specific concern, contact us before booking. We can discuss the class and help you decide whether it is suitable for you.

Of course. Get in touch with Kim and tell us what would help, whether that’s choosing a class, discussing access needs or understanding what your first visit will look like.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting us. Come as you are.
