Our instructors are more than just fitness professionals, they are leaders, motivators and advocates for body positivity and joyful movement. They empower us all through strength, support and community. Let’s meet the women who inspire us every day!

Kim Stacey – Founder & Head Coach
Kim is the powerhouse behind Body Image Fitness. A Level 3 Personal Trainer, she specialises in core training, Advanced Resistance Training, group exercise and exercise referral. This means she can support individuals with health conditions such as Arthritis, Lower Back Pain, Hypertension, Joint Replacement and Osteoporosis.
Kim is also a Lower Back Pain Exercise Specialist and a Yoga Instructor, focusing on yoga for bigger bodies and diverse communities. Her expertise extends to Burlesque Cardio and Twerk After Work group exercise classes, bringing fun and confidence to movement.
Kim works tirelessly to grow Body Image Fitness, creating a safe and welcoming space for all. She lives in the North East of England with her son and can’t wait to welcome you to the BIF community!

Christine Chessman (She/Her)
Christine is a Pilates teacher, Fitness Instructor, Running & Kettlebells Coach who embraces a weight-neutral approach to movement. She is passionate about helping people move more freely, listen to their bodies and tune in to what they need each day.
Her philosophy? Move Better. Feel Better.

Miriam Zendle (She/Her)
Miriam is a body-positive yoga teacher based in Epsom and Ewell. She believes that yoga is for every body and every mind. If you’ve ever felt like yoga wasn’t for you, Miriam is here to change that perspective.
She is pregnancy and post-natal trained, as well as Accessible Yoga-certified and can teach styles ranging from yin and yoga nidra to vinyasa flow and ashtanga.
Miriam’s philosophy: “There is no one true path, no one true pose. Yoga should be open to everyone.”

Courtney Gioia (She/Her)
Courtney is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, licensed in Zumba and Strong by Zumba and a mindset coach. Her passion lies in helping people feel strong, capable and free from diet culture.
Her mission? To make fitness fun and a source of self-confidence!

Becky Scott (She/Her)
Becky is an award-winning fitness instructor and exercise referral practitioner. She has also been a swimwear model for Alex Light, featured in numerous podcasts and publications and is currently studying for a master’s degree in exercise science.
She is anti-diet culture and pro-fat acceptance, believing that the fitness industry should separate itself from the diet industry to better serve everyone.
Becky’s words: “I’m fat, I’m anti-diet culture and I feel strongly that fitness should be accessible for all.”

Tess Wilson (She/Her)
Tess brings joy and energy to movement! With a background in performance and carnival dance, she creates fun, easy-to-follow routines filled with sass, silliness and sweat.
She follows a non-diet approach to fitness and is passionate about dismantling the pressure to fit into unrealistic body ideals. Her classes feature 80s/90s pop, dancehall, rave and drum & bass, making movement truly fun!

Ela Law (She/Her)
Ela is a nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counsellor, helping people heal their relationship with food. She focuses on body acceptance, intuitive eating and mindfulness-based approaches to support her clients in stepping away from diet mentality.
Ela’s work is all about re-establishing trust between people and their bodies, allowing them to embrace food and movement with confidence and freedom.
