Your Intuitive Eating Course - What to expect
Session will run weekly on Tuesdays at 7:30pm (UK time) between 25th March 29th April and inclusive.
Guidance from an Expert in Intuitive Eating
Led by Ela Law, an intuitive eating specialist known for her deep knowledge, empathy, and grounded teaching approach. Ela offers compassionate, non-judgmental support, helping you explore and transform your relationship with food.

Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework that encourages listening to your body’s hunger and fullness cues, fostering a positive relationship with food without adhering to restrictive diets.
The course is led by Ela Law, an intuitive eating counsellor, known for her deep knowledge, empathy, and grounded teaching approach.
No problem! All sessions are recorded and sent to you within 24 hours so you can dance on your schedule.
The recorded content is on Vimeo – this can be watched on a smart TV, or on any other device.
Live sessions are conducted via Zoom, and recorded content is available on Vimeo, accessible on smart TVs, tablets, or phones.
Intuitive Eating can be helpful for individuals in eating disorder recovery, but this course is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment. If you have an active eating disorder, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional or specialist before joining. The course can, however, be a great complement for those in later stages of recovery or working on rebuilding trust with food and their body.
