What to expect

Session will run weekly on Thursdays at 7:30pm (UK time) between 16th January and 20th February inclusive.

Guidance from an Expert in Intuitive Eating

Led by Ela Law, an intuitive eating specialist known for her deep knowledge, empathy, and grounded teaching approach. Ela offers compassionate, non-judgmental support, helping you explore and transform your relationship with food.

No problem! All sessions are recorded and sent to you within 24 hours so you can dance on your schedule.

Initial period is a 3 month contract. Memberships will then continue unless cancelled, and while refunds aren’t available, you can cancel anytime after the initial 3 month period with a 14-day notice due to our small but mighty team.

You can book classes up to 30 minutes before they start
