KETTLEBELL FOUNDATIONS

Are you kettlebell-curious? Join us as we explore the kettlebell for all experience levels. We will progressively navigate kettlebell techniques like the deadlift, press, squat, swing, and clean for strength, endurance and mobility. Recommended equipment: 1-2 kettlebells, 2 yoga block, a chair or bench, yoga mat.

KETTLEBELL PROGRESSIONS

Join our 6-week Non-Diet Kettlebell Course for Improvers, designed to walk you through the fundamental kettlebell moves, enhance your strength, endurance, and functional fitness. This course focuses on refining kettlebell techniques, introducing advanced movements, and progressively increasing load and intensity to help you feel better and stronger in your own skin.

 

Mobility 101 8-Week Course

An 8-week mobility course designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Each week, we will focus on different body areas, from shoulders to hips to ankles, ensuring a comprehensive and balanced approach to mobility. This course embraces a non-diet philosophy, promoting body acceptance and self-care.
