During personal training sessions, you’ll have exclusive use of the studio, giving you a calm, private, and supportive environment, ideal if typical gym settings feel intimidating or overwhelming.
Every session is grounded in a weight-neutral approach, meaning the focus is on improving your body image, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mental wellbeing, without emphasising intentional weight loss.

About me
Hi, I’m Kim, founder of Body Image Fitness, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and proudly weight-neutral in my approach. That means we don’t focus on weight loss here, we focus on strength, confidence, health, and feeling good in your body, whatever that looks like for you.
I’m qualified in core training, advanced resistance training, group exercise, and exercise referral, and I regularly support people with a wide range of health conditions, including arthritis, lower back pain, hypertension, joint replacements, and osteoporosis. I’m also a lower back pain exercise specialist, pre- and postnatal qualified, and experienced in adapting movement to suit real bodies and real lives.
Alongside this, I’m a yoga instructor (specialising in yoga for bigger bodies and diverse communities), and I teach Burlesque Cardio and Twerk After Work, because movement can be joyful, playful, and confidence-boosting too.
I’m also neurospicy, a mum to a teenager, and someone who truly understands that life is busy, unpredictable, and not always neat. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcome, supported, and never judged.
