Personal training at Body Image Fitness is built around one simple idea: you deserve to feel strong, confident, and at home in your body, without pressure to change how it looks. We offer inclusive, weight-neutral coaching with a team of experienced trainers, each bringing their own style and specialism. Whether you’re brand new to the gym, returning after time away, or looking to build strength with more structure, there’s a coach here for you.

Every session is grounded in a weight-neutral approach, meaning the focus is on improving your body image, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mental wellbeing, without emphasising intentional weight loss.
