How Our In-Person Classes Work

We’re taking the stress and pressure out of fitness. For us, it’s all about moving your body and getting those endorphins flowing – on your own terms. That’s why we have three different ways to book our classes, so you can choose the option that works best for your lifestyle. 

Pay As You Go

Book classes on a PAYG basis for £12 a session.

Class Pass

Book a class pass and GET 6 SESSIONS FOR £60 (can be mixed and matched with all our Newcastle Classes) 

Memberships

Enjoy priority booking and discounted classes.

Every session follows a Non-Diet approach, focusing on enhancing your body image, strength, cardio, and mental well-being without promotion of intentional weight loss.

Small Group THE STUDIOS; 

The Stables (Studios), St Georges Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 2HB

There are numerous permit-free parking spaces available on nearby streets. Popular spots for our clients include near the Metro entrance at West Jesmond (just a short walk away) and Thornleigh Road in front of the church. On Saturdays, all the streets are permit-free after 9:30 am. Sunbury Avenue and Coniston Avenue also offer permit-free parking after 4:30 pm on weekdays.

Grantham Road, Sheildfield, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE2 1QX

Much like the Studios there are numerous permit-free parking spaces in the streets nearby – please take note of the signs, as rules differ depending what side of the street you are on!

Body Image Fitness has honestly changed my life. I know, that sounds extreme but for the first time I am loving exercise. Not only do I enjoy it, but I do it consistently. This is something I've never had before. I started slowly with 1 small group training session a week. I've built it up over a period of time and now attend small group 3 times a week. I've tried lots of different things which I definitely wouldn't have before: yoga and pilates (which I now do weekly on the BIF online platform), twerk and belly dancing. I feel stronger and my range of movement and flexibility has increased: I'm in my mid 40s and can touch my toes for the first time ever in my life! The strict rules of not talking about dieting are brilliant, because let’s face it, diets don’t work. If you want support or someone to talk to, the body image fitness community has your back. Body Image Fitness is amazing. I've been coming for a year now and love going to the classes. I regularly take part in small group weight training sessions, as well as Twerk, yoga, boxfit and belly dancing! I'm exercising 4 or 5 times a week and I love it, something which I've never said before. There's a great community and I've gained a great group of friends. It truly is a non judgemental, no-diet place where every big and small win is celebrated. Would highly recommend to anyone in Newcastle who wants a different type of gym

Match made in heaven
I joined body image fitness in the spring, with the aim to find myself again after motherhood and to take the time to prioritise myself again. I've always struggled in typical gym like settings and I stumbled across an Instagram ad for classes and it was a match made in heaven. For the first time in years I've felt comfortable working out, felt safe in an environment that wasn't all about weightloss, but focused on the incredible things my body is capable of (including a 19kg deadlift pb) Kim is warm, welcoming and puts her all into everything she does. The BIF community are also incredible and have made my Monday small group sessions one of my favourite parts of my week.

I highly recommend Kim’s small group training classes. She is a fantastic, fun and supportive PT. The classes are really inclusive and I’ve made some friends, which is a nice bonus.
