INCLUSIVE Personal training
I currently have availability for personal training sessions in the early mornings and throughout the day on weekdays.
You can book a studio visit and chat with me (Kim) via our booking page, or get in touch directly if you’d prefer to chat first. During your visit, we can look at the space together, talk through your goals, and find a schedule that works for you.
If none of the available times on the booking page suit you, please let me know, there is some flexibility at the moment and I’ll always see what I can do to accommodate where possible.

weight neutral personal training
During personal training sessions, you’ll have exclusive use of the studio, giving you a calm, private, and supportive environment, ideal if typical gym settings feel intimidating or overwhelming.
Every session is grounded in a weight-neutral approach, meaning the focus is on improving your body image, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mental wellbeing, without emphasising intentional weight loss.

About me
Hi, I’m Kim, founder of Body Image Fitness, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and proudly weight-neutral in everything I do.
I don’t do intentional weight loss. I do strength, confidence, health, and helping you feel at home in your body.
I’m qualified in advanced resistance training, core training, group exercise, exercise referral, and pre- and postnatal fitness. I’m also a lower back pain exercise specialist, supporting people with arthritis, hypertension, joint replacements, osteoporosis, and persistent pain conditions.
I’ve collaborated with the NHS not only delivering inclusive, weight-neutral fitness support, but also educating healthcare professionals about weight stigma and its impact on patient care, challenging harmful narratives and advocating for compassionate, evidence-based approaches.
I’m a yoga instructor specialising in yoga for bigger bodies and diverse communities, and I am also qualified in Burlesque Cardio and Twerk After Work, because movement should feel powerful, joyful, and never punishing.
I’m also neurospicy, a mum to a teenager, and deeply aware that life is busy and messy. My mission is simple: to create spaces where you feel safe, capable, and never judged.
