Appointment Cancellation for PAYG, 121s and Small Group Training
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note – we operate a no refund policy for our Pay as you go, 121 sessions and small group training. We can, however, in some cases offer credit (if you cancel outside of the 24 hours)

Cancellation of membership
All our memberships come with a 6-month contract. To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 7 working days in advance.
We operate a no-refund policy for our memberships or passes. We can, however, in some cases offer credit.
We realise that your needs can change over time, so you can apply to change your membership
category by contacting us on info@bodyimagefitness.co.uk
To end your membership you must give us notice in writing by emailing us at info@bodyimagefitness.co.uk
