Who are we?
Body Image Fitness is an online and in person safe space for ALL folks that would like to escape diet culture. It is for folks that would like to feel good about themselves away from the shame that traditional fitness spaces come with.
FOUNDER AND HEAD COACH, KIM’S, APPROACH TO BODY IMAGE AND FITNESS IS HEAVILY INFLUENCED BY HER OWN JOURNEY, BREAKING FREE FROM DIET CULTURE, TOXIC WORKOUT HABITS AND WORKING TO HEAL HER OWN BODY IMAGE.
Through our online community, classes, and mobile app, you can start to love moving your body, in whatever way works for you.
