What to expect

Our 4-week Fuel Your Fitness course begins Monday 12th January 7:20pm and runs until Monday 2nd February, with each weekly session lasting 90 minutes. This programme is designed to help you build a kinder, more confident relationship with food, movement, and your body, without diet rules, shame, or pressure.

Across four supportive sessions, we’ll explore mindset, body trust, internal cues, body image, and fuelling yourself in a way that feels sustainable and freeing. Every week blends discussion, education, practical tools, and guided reflection so you can take what you learn into real life with ease.

You’ll be welcomed into a completely non-judgemental, weight-neutral space, where all bodies, abilities, identities, and levels of experience are respected. No promotion of intentional weight loss. No focus on weight. Just genuine support, evidence-based guidance, and a community that gets it.

By the end of the course, you’ll feel more grounded, more connected to your body, and more equipped to nourish yourself through 2026, in a way that prioritises wellbeing, not willpower.
