With a background in nursing and a Master’s in Public Health, she understands the bigger picture of health, supporting not just fitness goals, but overall wellbeing, injury prevention, and long-term lifestyle change.
Her sessions are focused on building realistic, sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. Whether your goal is strength, improved fitness, or simply feeling better day to day, Edith creates tailored plans that work at your pace and fit around your life. She offers both one-to-one and small group training, adapting sessions to suit a wide range of needs and experience levels.
With experience across a variety of movement styles, including strength training, functional fitness, Zumba, spin, Body Pump, and circuits—Edith brings energy and variety to every session. Her coaching style is supportive, motivating, and rooted in helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body for the long term.
