No. While the classes are very beginner-friendly, they’re not beginner-only. People with experience often enjoy the calm, supportive environment and the option to train without pressure or competition.

Classes focus on building strength safely and sustainably using a mix of bodyweight and equipment-based exercises. The emphasis is on good guidance, choice, and long-term strength — not pushing through discomfort.
 
Absolutely. Many people join after a long break from movement. You’ll be supported to start where you are and build confidence over time.
 

Yes. Alongside our quieter classes, we offer a wide range of classes across our full timetable. These include various styles of movement, all delivered with the same unintimidating and supportive approach. Whether you prefer strength-based sessions, lower-impact classes, or something a bit more energising, you’ll find options to suit you, at times that work for your life.
