Quieter Hours are selected sessions that typically offer a calmer atmosphere than peak evening classes.
While class sizes may vary, these sessions are designed to feel: supportive
welcoming
lower-pressure
and less hectic than traditional gym environments
You’ll still receive the same coaching, community, and encouragement Body Image Fitness is known for, just at quieter times of the day.

No. While the classes are very beginner-friendly, they’re not beginner-only. People with experience often enjoy the calm, supportive environment and the option to train without pressure or competition.
No, we have a full, varied timetable running throughout the day. If mornings aren’t your thing, there are plenty of other class times and options to choose from, all delivered with the same calm, supportive, unintimidating approach. See the timetable here >>
No long-term commitment is required to try a class. You’re welcome to come along, see how it feels, and decide from there. We do offer Pay as you go options as well, for all classes.
Yes. Alongside our morning strength classes, we offer a wide range of classes across our full timetable. These include different styles of movement, all delivered with the same unintimidating, supportive approach. Whether you prefer strength-based sessions, lower-impact classes, or something a bit more energising, you’ll find options to suit you, at times that work for your life.
Attendance varies from session to session, however these times are typically calmer than peak evening classes and are designed to offer a more relaxed training environment.
