She works with lifters at all levels, providing structured guidance while creating a space where you feel encouraged, understood, and truly coached. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or refining your performance, she’ll help you progress with clarity and confidence.
Outside of coaching, Hollie works as a data scientist, is always picking up new hobbies, and runs her own strength training business. Her analytical mindset and wide-ranging interests shape her approach—considered, curious, and focused on helping you get the most out of your training.

During personal training sessions, you’ll have a calm, private, and supportive environment, ideal if typical gym settings feel intimidating or overwhelming.
Every session is grounded in a weight-neutral approach, meaning the focus is on improving your body image, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mental wellbeing, without emphasising intentional weight loss.
