About Kim
With a wide range of qualifications—including advanced resistance training, pre- and postnatal fitness, exercise referral, and lower back pain specialism, Kim supports people with diverse needs and experiences. She works with clients managing conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, hypertension, joint replacements, and persistent pain, offering thoughtful, adaptable coaching that meets you where you are.
Kim’s work goes beyond the gym. Through her collaboration with the NHS, she has delivered inclusive, weight-neutral fitness support while also educating healthcare professionals on weight stigma and its impact, advocating for more compassionate, evidence-based care.
Her approach to movement is varied and joyful. Alongside strength training, Kim is a yoga instructor specialising in accessible yoga for bigger bodies and diverse communities, and is also qualified in Burlesque Cardio and Twerk After Work, because fitness should feel empowering, not punishing.
As a self-described “neurospicy” mum to a teenager, Kim understands that life is busy, unpredictable, and far from perfect. That’s exactly why she’s built Body Image Fitness the way she has: a space where you can show up as you are, feel safe and supported, and build confidence in a way that fits your real life.

During personal training sessions, you’ll have a calm, private, and supportive environment, ideal if typical gym settings feel intimidating or overwhelming.
Every session is grounded in a weight-neutral approach, meaning the focus is on improving your body image, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mental wellbeing, without emphasising intentional weight loss.
