Anna brings a unique blend of energy, experience, and empathy to her coaching. With a background in semi-professional dance and a wide range of teaching experience, including strength training, hybrid sessions, spin, circuits, and more, her sessions are engaging, varied, and thoughtfully structured. She’s currently training for her first triathlon, reflecting her passion for performance, progression, and long-term wellbeing.

As a certified Mental Health and Exercise Coach, Anna places equal importance on how you feel as how you train. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, judgment-free space where all bodies feel welcome and capable. Her coaching encourages confidence, independence, and sustainability, helping you build habits that last and a relationship with movement that genuinely feels good.
